Return and refund policy

At SUSHA, we strive to deliver products that meet your expectations in quality and design. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at susha.creativestudio@gmail.com.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Returns are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
3.Payment Policy
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be prepaid through the available online payment methods on our website.                                                                                                                               
4. Non-Returnable Items
Products purchased during sale/discounts are not eligible for return.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed only in case of damaged, defective, or unavailable replacement items.
Once the returned item passes quality check, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Amount will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit (based on your preference).
6. Reverse Pickup
We offer reverse pickup in select locations.
In case reverse pickup is unavailable, customers will need to self-ship the product. Shipping costs may be reimbursed (up to a fixed amount).
